WOW575. Arado Ar 234C Blitz – Germany’s Jet Bomber

The Arado Ar 234C Blitz was the world’s first operational four-engine jet aircraft. While the more common Ar 234B used two Junkers Jumo 004 engines, the C-variant was an advanced evolution powered by four BMW 003A turbojets. These were paired in two “twinned” nacelles under each wing, a configuration intended to increase speed and free up Jumo engines for the Messerschmitt Me 262.
Our Arado Ar 234C Blitz aircraft release is in a Southern Europe, Mediterranean and North African camouflage pattern. Based on the camo used during the later stage of WW2. The Arado Ar 234C Blitz, would have been highly effective across the Mediterranean and the North Africa deserts, whether attacking enemy shipping or against enemy columns in fast hit and run raids.
